Delete your DoGooder account

You can delete your DoGooder account and your data at any time. DoGooder is published by Natthanan Ruksasaeng (Bundee), established in Germany.

In the app

1. Open DoGooder and sign in.
2. Open Profile → gear “Settings” → “Delete account”.
3. We send a confirmation link to the account email address.
4. After you open that link, we delete the account within 30 days.

Without the app

No app, or you can't sign in? Send us a deletion request with this form. Please use the email address of your DoGooder account.

What happens next: we send a confirmation link to that email address. After you open the link, we delete the account within 30 days and let you know by email.

You can also write to kontakt@bundee.app with the subject "Delete account" from the email address of your account. We then send a confirmation link as well. Deletion happens within 30 days after you confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email address, password hash, sign-in sessions, Apple or Google link, profile picture link
• Your profile: bio, country, language, photos you uploaded
• Your posts and comments, including saved translations, and comments other people wrote on your posts
• Your likes on other people's posts, your follows in both directions, your blocks
• Reports you filed and reports about your content
• Your deeds, streaks, today's plan, custom deeds and AI deed ideas linked to you
• Your invite code, and the link to you on accounts you invited

Uploaded photos are removed from our database when the account is deleted, so their links stop working. On deletion the backend deletes your photo files from Cloudflare R2 along with the account data.

What we keep and for how long

• Tip payment records: amount, currency, status, date and the Stripe reference. No card data. We keep them for up to 10 years (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB). If you delete your account, these records stay until that period ends.
• Backups: database backups are overwritten after 14 days.
• Deletion logs and proof of deletion requests: up to 12 months.
• Technical logs that are not linked to your user ID, such as webhook events for the tip payment (event ID, type, time), and short-lived sign-in records that expire after 10 minutes.

What we can't delete for you

• Your Google account or Apple ID
• Data Stripe stores to process the tip, under Stripe's own privacy policy
• Data collected by Google AdMob under Google's own privacy policy. You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
• Data stored only on your device (guest data, reminders, theme, language). Uninstall the app to remove it.
